Another Un"bee"lievable Signal Box Mural

Another signal box mural has found a home in downtown Pottstown.

The box, located at the intersection of College Drive and W. High Street was painted by artist Alicia Wilby. Wilby's newest mural is the second piece she has contributed to the local art series. It features a bustling scene of bees, dragonflies and flowers that highlight the importance of our local pollinators.

Both of Wilby's murals have themes of nature and whimsy. Her first box, one of the first to be painted this summer, can be found on S. Hanover Street. We recommend checking out both, along with all of the other amazing murals that have been created this summer.

This is the sixth mural completed in the series coordinated by Artfusion 19464, PARRC and the Pottstown Borough. The project has been funded completely by private donation. If you'd like more information on the other murals around town, you can find it on our Blog page, under the "About" tab of our homepage.
